"I couldn’t believe the quantity of showings…the market was hot. In todays market, the MLS and the internet options are available for buyers if they stay on top of it…Realtors really don’t sell houses as they did in the past. However, Karen’s strength is her extraordinary communication skills, not to mention, her ability to take on a heavy client load while still making herself available when needed. Follow up, terrific. Plus, it took me 6 to 8 weeks before I gave her the OK to list my property due to some necessary remodeling. She was perfectly OK with all my needs and didn’t push me to list the property pre-maturely. Most importantly, I was happy with the selling price."
